Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds pot roast chuck
- 1 cup carrots, thickly sliced
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 orange or yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 large yukon potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup cold water
- dash of salt
- dash of black pepper
Directions:
Place pot roast into slow cooker and add water. Then place the rest of the ingredients into crockpot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
