Old Fashioned Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops (serves 2 people)
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped small
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 table spoons vinegar
- 2 table spoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 table spoon yellow mustard
- dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix vegetables and all other ingredients in a separate bowl and then add to slow cooker.
Cook 6-8 hours on low
